From the windows of Accademia Italiana one can enjoy the wonderful panorama of the sea and in only a few minutes by foot you reach all the most important artistic attractions of Salerno.
Social programme
One of the aims of this language school is to give a daily point of reference for students, providing a meeting place in a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. During the week many cultural and recreational activities are organised, which are included in the cost of the language course. You only pay for entry to museums, cinemas or theatres, for public transport, guides and for evening meals in restaurants. You will receive full information about these activities on the first day of your language course in a general meeting or presentation. Activities can be sports, cinema, concerts, theatre, evening meals with teachers and friends etc.
Impression
My stay and language course in Salerno in one word: fabulous! Salerno is a beautiful town with an imposing Romanesque cathedral in the middle of a medieval area. After school we often went to the seafront promenade to relax and have a drink in one of the many open-air cafés and pubs. I improved my Italian and made a lot of new friends and that is exactly what I wanted.
